You will need 4 members to create a Chapter. You would count as one of the members.
You must be active and reply to all emails that are directed to your chapter. Show respect to your members. When on Car Shows, you must show respect to others. Don't forget, you are a representative of the Mustang Knights.
If any of these rules are broken, you will be removed as a Chapter.
